Macalester College's golf teams will practice and compete in Ecuador over Spring Break (March 15-22) and many other spring sports teams will head to much warmer, if not as exotic locations as South America, for their Spring Break competition. The golfers will spend a week high in the Andes Mountains in Quito, the capital city of Ecuador and the hometown of Macalester All-America golfer Karla Leon.

The softball Scots will play 10 games next week at the Rebel Games in Kissimmee, Florida, and the Mac baseball squad plays eight games in the Phoenix, Arizona, area.

Macalester's women's water polo team plays a challenging schedule in southern California and the men's and women's tennis squads play five matches each at Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.
