Complete St. Catherine Mini-Invitational results
Macalester went up against Gustavus, Carleton and Hamline at the St. Catherine Mini-Invitational Friday night and placed third. Defending MIAC champ Gustavus (699 ½ points) edged Carleton (656 ½) for the team title, while the Scots (284) held off Hamline (226) for third.
Nathan Young (So., Denver, Colo. / Littleton) won a pair of events to lead the way for the Scots, while the team also produced three second-place finishes and a couple third.

The Scots host two meets next weekend at Riley Pool.
They take on St. Mary's in an MIAC dual meet Friday (Nov. 21) and host the Macalester Invitational Saturday (Nov. 22).
