Most of Macalester's spring sports teams will head to warmer climates over Spring Break (March 15-23) to compete and train.

Macalester's softball squad heads to Clermont, Florida, for 10 games at the NTC Games and the baseball team plays 10 games at the Tucson Invitational in Arizona.  The men's and women's tennis team will play matches next week at Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.  The women's water polo team plays eight games in Southern California and closes out Spring Break with six games at the CWPA Tournament in Erie, Pa.  Also, Macalester diver Renee Jordan will be competing at the NCAA Division III championships in Texas.

    * Macalester's Renee Jordan (Anchorage, Alaska / Steller Secondary School) wrapped up a great junior season by placing eighth in 1-meter diving and ninth in 3-meter diving at the NCAA Division III Championships in Shenandoah, Texas.  She dove Wednesday on the 3-meter board and Friday on the 1-meter board.
