Complete D3Midwest Classic results

Jessica Stone (Fy., Granada Hills, Calif. / Notre Dame) led the way for Macalester over the weekend at the D3 Midwest Classic at the Jewell Golf Course in Lake City.

The Scots placed 14th out of 17 teams with a team score of 716 (359-357).  St. Thomas won with a 655 to edge Carleton by one stroke.  Medalist honors were won by St. Olaf's Molly Erickson with a 146.

Stone placed 42nd out of 96 players in this highly-competitive field, firing a pair of 88's for a 36-hole total of 176.  Right behind Stone was Grace Caird (Sr., Shorewood, Wis.), who turned in scores of 89 and 89 for a 178. 

Kyla Martin (So., Madison, Conn. / Daniel Hand) finished with a 179 (85-94) and Maddie Arbisi (Jr., Stillwater, Minn.) carded rounds of 92 and 88 for a 180.  Hannah Zeeb (Fy., Naperville, Ill. / Central) a two-round two-round mark of 182 (90-92).

The Scots play next weekend (Sept. 22-23) at the College City Challenge at the Northfield Country Club.
