Complete Georgianni Memorial Invitational results

Macalester played in one of the biggest and most competitive tournament held in the Upper Midwest, the Wisconsin-Eau Claire Georgianni Memorial Invitational at the Mill Run Golf Course in Eau Claire.

The Scots were led by Grace Caird (So., Shorewood, Wis.) and Maddie Arbisi (Fy., Stillwater, Minn.). Caird placed 39th in this huge field of 114 golfers, shooting rounds of 94 and 86 for a 36-hole total of 180. Arbisi placed 72nd with a 196, finishing rounds with scores of 97 and 99.

Lora Hlavsa (So., New Ulm, Minn.) finished with a 215 as the team's No. 3 golfers.

Wisconsin-Eau Claire beat Gustavus for the team title, while Katie Schenfeld of Gustavus won the individual title with a 157.

Mac plays next Saturday and Sunday (Sept. 11-12) at the Concordia Open in Detroit Lakes.
