Complete Mac vs. St. Mary's results

Ryan Peters (Sr., Kohler, Wis.) and Nick Santrach (Jr., Coon Rapids, Minn.) turned in rounds of 74 to earn top individual honors and lead Macalester to an impressive 307-323 victory over MIAC rival St. Mary's at Mississippi National Golf Course in Red Wing.

Peters and Santrach finished four strokes ahead of the third-place finishers as the Scots cruised to a 16-stroke win on the par-71, 6484-yard course.

Pierce Peters (Fy., Glenwood, Minn. / Minnewaska Area) tied SMU's Tony Hynes for third place with an 18-hole tally of 78. Dan Allen (So., Orland Park, Ill. / Carl Sandberg) was Macalester's fourth golfer under 80, finishing with a fifth-place 79.

Macalester returns to action for the Sept. 12-13 Augsburg Fall Invitational at Majestic Oaks Golf Course in Ham Lake.
