MIAC post-season awards
Junior forward
Trina PaStarr (Minneapolis, Minn.) has been selected to the All-MIAC team for the second year in a row and junior center
Ann Baltzer (Bismarck, N.D.) has received honorable mention All-MIAC honors again.
PaStarr, who also made the team as a sophomore, was one of the MIAC's top defenders and finished the conference campaign ranked eighth in scoring (13.0 ppg.), fifth in rebounding (7.1 rpg.) and fifth in blocked shots (1.4 bpg.). She paced the team in scoring in 10 of Macalester's 25 games. PaStarr will enter her senior season at Mac with 930 career points.
Baltzer led the Scots in scoring 11 times on the season and in MIAC games ranked seventh in the conference in scoring (13.2 ppg.), third in field goal percentage (.519) and 16th in rebounding (5.7 rpg.).
They have each finished in the top eight in the MIAC in scoring both as sophomores and juniors. One of these two inside players has paced the team in scoring in 40 of Mac's 50 games over the past two seasons.
Senior forward
Elise Pagel (Appleton, Wis. / North) is Mac's representative on the MIAC All-Sportsmanship team.
Concordia's Jenna Freudenberg was named MIAC player of the year.
