Macalester vs. St. John’s box score 

St. John’s topped the Scots 7-2 at Macalester Tennis Courts as Mac winds up the ’08 campaign at 6-12 overall and tied for seventh at 2-7 in the MIAC. The Johnnies will head into next weekend’s conference tourney at 10-8 overall, 5-4 in MIAC play.

Macalester gained its wins at No. 1 singles and No. 3 doubles.

Brad Goldstein (Sr., Tucson, Ariz. / Catalina Foothills) closed out his collegiate career with a 7-6, 7-5 triumph at first singles, while at third doubles, Charlie Edelman (Jr., Tucson, Ariz. / University) and Titus Levy (So., New York, N.Y. / Fieldston School) won an 8-5 decision. Edelman and Levy finished the season with a 7-3 record as a doubles tandem, including 4-2 in MIAC matches.
